A. CALL TO ORDER

The meting was called to order at 11:00 am.

B. ROLL CALL

Directors Present: Director Simonson, Director Wagenet, Director Kelley

Directors Absent: None

Also present: Executive Director Mitch Stogner, Legal Counsel Chris Neary and Recording Secretary Heather Newell.

Motion to approve agenda by Director Simonson, seconded by Director Wagenet carried unanimously (3-0).

F. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS

1. City of Ukiah-Ukiah Depot Property - Memorandum of Understanding

Chris Neary, NCRA Legal Counsel, presented the committee with a draft MOU between NCRA, City of Ukiah and MTA for development of the Ukiah Depot property. Motion made to approve the draft MOU and present the MOU to the full Board for approval made by Director Wagenet, seconded by Director Simonson, carried unanimously (3-0).

Director Wagenet recused himself from the next discussion.

G. STAFF REPORT

2. Discussion - City of Willits – NCRA/NWPRR Right-of-Way – Legal Counsel Christopher Neary

Chris Neary, NCRA Legal Counsel presented the Committee with a letter from the City of Willits, signed by Mr. Allan Falleri in regards to a proposed mixed-use development at the site of 101 Redwood in Willits, Ca. The City of Willits has proposed using the railroad right-of-way for additional parking to accommodate overflow parking for the City of Willits. No action taken.
