A. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

B. ROLL CALL

Directors present: Second Vice Chair Leo Sears, Bob Simonson, and Budge Campbell.

Also present: Assistant Executive Director Douglas Christy and Property Manager Cyndee Logan.

C. AGENDA APPROVAL

The Agenda was approved unanimously.

D. PUBLIC COMMENTS

None.

E. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS

1. Review Santa Rosa Effluent Contract

Recommend to the full Board the survey reflect the non-exclusive license agreement and is consistent with details of that contract.

2. Discuss and Recommend Planning Strategy for Ukiah Depot

By fiscal contract, NCRA will be reimbursed for the Depot’s rehabilitation by the City of Ukiah. Also, a long term lease of the property must not jeopardize long term planning flexibility.

3. Review and Provide Direction Regarding Property Policies

The Property Manager was directed to update the draft policies with recommendations presented by the Committee. Also, the Committee will recommend to the full Board to pay the contract which allows the Property Manager to create the policies.
